Shipping
and Delivery Policy
Smashn
utilises the services of Australia Post registered mail. This way we
can have your details tracked and can express your CD to you. In the
event of an Australia Post interruptions we utilise Star Track Express.
The delivery will be signed for by a member of the company and once
it has been received and signed for is the responsibility of the purchaser.
We can email single images to you at a slightly compressed quality for $5.50 per image.
Transaction

Smashn trades in Australian Dollars (AUD) all
other currencies quoted on this website are indicative only and will
be processed by our banking facilities at time of transaction based
on daily currency markets.
Card
Payments - Westpac 
Westpac Australia is our merchant supplier. We
use safe and secure methods of processing credit card transactions directly
linked to the banks systems. If a credit card fraud has been committed
please contact your bank immediately. Due to fraudulent behaviour we
request you do not email us directly you credit card details as this
is not a secure transaction. Please use our secure online
order form. Alternatively, you can print our a order
form and either post or fax to us or phone
Smashn directly.
Also,
we will not send you an email requesting your credit card, bank account
or any password or user name details. Do not give these details out
unless you can verify whom you are talking to.
This
website takes precautions to protect our users' information. When you
submit sensitive information via the website, we endeavor to protect
your information both online and off-line. When our registration/order
form asks you to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number),
that information is encrypted and is protected with encryption software
known as Secure Sockets Layer. See our privacy
policy for off-line security. We do not store any credit card details.
E-Commerce
transactions on portions of Smashn.com pass user information through
intermediary service providers. Specifically, we process credit card
verification transactions using Westpac credit card verification service.
Information collected by intermediaries is used solely for the purpose
of verifying payment information and is not distributed.
