How does it get tracked?
Through the unique Smashn computer system! Every time you create a purchased referral, you will be registered on our system and we'll send a $20 Kmart Gift Voucher to your registered postal address. When you create your 7th referral, we'll contact you and send you a complimentary voucher for the Stamford Grand.

Conditions
The receiver of the gift voucher shall at all times indemnify and hold harmless Smashn and its officers, employees and agents (those indemnified) from and against any loss (including reasonable costs and expenses) or liability reasonably incurred or suffered by any of those indemnified arising from any proceedings against those indemnified where such loss or liability was caused by:
i) a breach by Smashn of its obligations under this Agreement; or
ii) any wilful, unlawful or negligent act or omission of Smashn.

Voucher system has a life of one (1) year from initial registration. The receiver is required to create 7 referrals within a one year period to receive the 7th referral reward. No voucher will be issued in relation to discounts or promotions.

Additional Kmart Conditions
1. Transport and transfer costs to and from any Kmart are the responsibility of the winner.

1. Subject to availability.
2. Not available in conjunction with any other offer.
